AI Training Courses

This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the advanced capabilities of Microsoft Copilot Premium, focusing on how AI can be customised to support real work. Participants will explore how to design and build custom Copilot agents that automate tasks, support decision-making, and streamline everyday workflows.

Through practical exercises and real-world examples, participants will learn how to connect Copilot to relevant information, and create agents tailored to their specific roles and challenges. By the end of the session, participants will have built and tested their own custom Copilot agents and developed the skills to continue refining and expanding them in their work.
 
The sessions will be interactive and hands-on, combining live demonstrations with discussion and reflection to identify where Copilot can most effectively support the business.

• Pre-training client discovery call and trainer prep is included
• Clients will be sent a pre-joining questionnaire for all delegates to complete
• Delegates will receive a feedback questionnaire to complete at the end of the course
